About Us

Stonewild Farm started as a dream—a way to connect with the land, raise animals with care, and build something real. What began slowly with a some chickens, goats, guinea hens, ducks, as well as a garden, greenhouse, and orchard has grown into a small but thriving farm. We now raise pigs, cows, turkeys, chickens, ducks, and goats, along with tending a garden, greenhouse, and fruit trees, and learning how to keep bees. We also have four derpy emus, who knows how many guinea hens, two dogs, and two cats who patrol for pests.

Farming for us isn’t about mass production—it’s about stewardship. We have a deep respect for the animals, the land, and the people who eat the food we raise. Our animals are raised on pasture, moving through the fields as they were meant to. We focus on regenerative practices that keep the soil healthy and the ecosystem thriving.

The name Stonewild reflects the balance we strive for—rooted in something strong and steady, yet always embracing the wildness and uncertainty of nature. There’s beauty in that balance, in working with the rhythms of the land rather than against them. It also reflects the type-two fun that comes from farming land full of rocks and surrounded by wildlife conservation land.

Whether you’re here for pasture-raised pork, farm-fresh eggs, or just to learn more about where your food comes from, we’re grateful to have you along for the journey. Farming is hard work, but it’s also deeply rewarding—and we wouldn’t trade it for anything.

We love visitors, so if you’re in the area, send us a message!
